To be responsible for the Supervision of Facilities Services staff ensuring that scheduled staffing levels are maintained to meet the needs of the service including cover arrangements for sickness and annual leave allocating leave requests etc. covering Domestic, Catering and Portering.

Main duties of the job

You will be under the ROE agreement, and NHS member of staff managed by Aramark. Working on a five over seven rota between the hours of 07:30am and , 365 days per year, ensuring support and work allocation for Facilities Staff. The leadership of hotel service domestic staff across a whole range of domestic cleaning activities, portering , laundry and security throughout the building. Prioritising and allocating day to day tasks. Scheduling ad hoc requests. Ensuring the standards of work provided meet the needs of the service, customer and Trust. Working within all appropriate legislative regulations for example, Health and safety at work.
