WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 40hrs per week
REMUNERATION: £30, - £38, plus Company Car, Bonus and Excellent Benefits
BASE: Field based - Covering Beckenham and Sydenham

We are looking for talented, driven and focused trade sales professionals who possess extensive knowledge and comprehensive understanding of NPI and the building trade sector. This is a field-based role covering our Beckenham and Sydenham branches; and responsible for maximising sales and providing sales management to branches throughout the region, promoting our ever expanding and innovative product range through developing relationships with local trade people and trade companies

WHAT OUR BRANCH SALES MANAGERS DO:

Build relationships with new and existing customers within the areaManage a portfolio of customers to achieve sales and margin targetsEnsure customer satisfaction in all areas through regular feedbackCall on customers on a regular basis, provide quotes and ensure that enquiries and issues are followed up in a timely mannerAgree marketing and sales campaigns with Regional Management TeamPrepare quotations for potential customersMaintain appropriate records on clients and sales activitiesWork with the Branch Manager to ensure deliveries to Customers are made within agreed timescalesImplement innovation and change management initiatives to improve business performance

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR BRANCH SALES MANAGER:

A full and valid driving license is essentialConsistent track record of field-based business development success and managing trade staffExperience within a similar management role ideally within a trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or UPVC environmentCommercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit marginsAccomplished at preparing and delivering sales presentations to a diverse customer basePassion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targetsEnthusiasm and a positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the businessAbility to work under pressure
