We are seeking an experienced Trade Branch Sales Manager to lead our UK uPVC products sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Role Overview

This exciting role involves leading a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience. You will work closely with customers, develop relationships, and provide exceptional sales support to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staff deployment and absence management
  • Support regional teams with recruitment and training initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure branch sales targets are achieved
Requirements
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills, drive, and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively
  • A valid driving license is essential
  • Experience in a similar management role in a trade or retail environment is desirable
