A DAY IN THE LIFE
Customer Service
Delivering a luxurious customer service experience to all customers to ensure they come back for return visits. Providing tailored recommendations on samples and products to our customers to suit their needs. Immersing our customers into the Maison Margiela brand through creative storytelling and expert product knowledge. Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.Driving Retail
Generate sales to achieve your personal and stores daily targets through having a detailed knowledge of all our products which you pass on to our customers. Hosting fragrance events on our key icons and new product launches for your VIP customers to ensure they are repeat customers of yours. Have a detailed knowledge and awareness of the fragrance market.Operations
Ensure that the cleanliness of the store and hygiene standards are maintained. Merchandise the store in line with brand standards, ensuring on shelf product availability. Use the POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.WHO YOU ARE
