Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at Bicester Village. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences through personalized styling sessions and exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver outstanding sales results by fostering client relationships and driving foot traffic to the store.
  • Establish and maintain a loyal client base through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Develop and implement a client outreach program to drive sales and increase client engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably in sales and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and meeting targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
