**A DAY IN THE LIFE**

**Customer Service**
- Delivering a luxurious customer service experience to all customers to ensure they come back for return visits.
- Providing tailored recommendations on samples and products to our customers to suit their needs.
- Immersing our customers into the Maison Margiela brand through creative storytelling and expert product knowledge.
- Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.

**Driving Retail**
- Generate sales to achieve your personal and stores daily targets through having a detailed knowledge of all our products which you pass on to our customers.
- Hosting fragrance events on our key icons and new product launches for your VIP customers to ensure they are repeat customers of yours.
- Have a detailed knowledge and awareness of the fragrance market.

**Operations**
- Ensure that the cleanliness of the store and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Merchandise the store in line with brand standards, ensuring on shelf product availability.
- Use the POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
