Your Role as an Apprentice Legal Administrator:  

You'll play a key role in supporting our legal team with a variety of tasks, including property securitisation, treasury management, and addressing disrepair issues. Your assistance will be crucial in ensuring that legal matters are handled promptly and effectively across different areas. Additionally, you'll take on administrative responsibilities that contribute to the seamless delivery of our in-house legal services. 

Some of the things we are looking for:  

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Level 4/ Grade C or above   

  • Enthusiasm and a keen interest in law/desire to work within the legal profession 

  • A passion for personal growth with a continuous drive to learn and improve  

  • A commitment to quality, customer service, best practices, and value for money 

  • Committed to teamwork and dedicated to achieving shared goals 

  • Organisational skills, methodical approach, and competent ICT abilities  

This role is based at our Birmingham Business Park office, with an expectation to spend at least 2 days per week in the office and some days working from home. Occasional travel to our Worcester office may also be required.  

This is a two-year fixed-term contract and on successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for any related job vacancies within Platform Housing Group. On gaining permanent employment, you will continue to be supported in your learning and development.
