You’ll Have…

7-10 years of proven experience:  You have a track record of success in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in software and digital disciplines. Strong communication skills:  You're a skilled communicator, able to build relationships, negotiate, and persuade candidates to join Ford. Speed and quality:  You've delivered high-quality results, meeting the hiring needs of your teams while maintaining a fast-paced recruitment process. Exceptional organization skills:  You're a master of time management, able to handle a busy workload and changing priorities. Data-driven and results-oriented:  You use data to track progress, make informed decisions, and improve your recruiting performance. Creative sourcing:  You're comfortable using a variety of tools and methods to find the best candidates.

A passion for continuous improvement:  You're always looking for ways to learn, innovate, and improve your recruiting strategies. Experience with Oracle HCM or similar ATS and CRM tools:  You're comfortable using industry-standard recruitment software. Strategic thinking:  You're able to think critically, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions. Intellectual curiosity:  You're comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy learning new things. Strong teamwork:  You're a collaborative individual who thrives in a team environment.

Education:

While a degree is preferred, we're open to candidates with relevant experience and skills.

Additional Information:
• This is a full-time position, but we're open to discussing a job share arrangement.
• The role is based in Dunton, but our team operates a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week expected on-site. The team is also open to candidates working remotely.
