Position Overview: The team is seeking to hire a full-time, permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role involves fostering effective working relationships with hiring supervisors and managers, offering clear guidance on company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to promote understanding and ensure effective communication regarding optimal recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement recruitment campaigns while tracking expenditures against a predetermined budget.
  • Review, update, and ensure compliance of company policies and procedures related to recruitment in line with current legislation.
  • Maintain a commitment to health and safety for oneself and others, ensuring adherence to all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Work Environment: This position is primarily based on-site, with occasional flexibility for remote work.

Candidate Profile: To excel in this role, candidates should possess experience in human resources and recruitment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, a proactive attitude, and a strong focus on productivity and quality.
