Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Informa Group Plc. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers across various levels globally to develop effective recruitment plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies, including creating job adverts and developing assessment methods.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Work with local HR teams in global offices to provide recruitment assistance and support in resolving local challenges in candidate attraction and management.
  • Global Recruitment Process: Support the delivery of the global recruitment process, educating managers on best practice recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Actively seek a diverse range of candidates for vacancies, promoting accessible methods of assessment and collaborating with the internal DE&I team and external diversity partnerships to ensure an equitable recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Advertising: Ensure all recruitment advertising is of high quality and adheres to company policies and legislation, using appropriate selection tools and processes.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote Taylor & Francis recruitment messaging and brand across various channels to increase candidate attraction, upskilling and supporting line managers on social media use in recruitment.
  • Project Support: Support the global TA team and other teammates on ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience of partnering with business stakeholders to support recruitment activities.
  • Global Knowledge: Strong global knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation.
  • Recruitment Best Practice: Knowledge of recruitment best practice on interviews and assessment, alongside knowledge of appropriate HR legislation.
  • HRIS/ATS: Knowledge and experience of HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Time Management: Deadline driven, with good time management to balance competing demands.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrable experience of partnering with stakeholders to support recruitment activities.
  • Data Integrity: Knowledge of working with recruitment systems and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
