JobPurpose

To lead the business unit from both a strategic andoperational focus. The role will focus on developing and enhancing customerrelationships with key international customers. The role will be focused of thestrategic development of operational standards and efficiencies within theunit.

Perfil

Key Accountabilities andResponsibilities

1. Lead and developthe operational teams within the unit to deliver in line with businessobjectives.

2. Analyse and definelocal strategy to progress the quality and efficiencies further within the unitto enhance customer satisfaction, On Time Performance and Productivity.

3. Deliver on monthlyP&L, controlling costs, ensuring all revenue items managed, management of assets.

4. Lead and ManageKPI in line with local strategy

5. Lead thetransformation into digitalisation and automation.

6. Lead the adherenceto QHSE standards and develop further practices to embed policies.

7. Continued reviewof customer menu cycles, product changes and impact on the pricing structure and profitability.

8. Delivery of allservices in accordance with customer contractual requirements (On Time Performance).

9. Management ofpeople behaviours to drive towards common goal.

10. Drive sustainability initiatives within theunit to align with company goals.

11. Clear, concise communications with internaland external stakeholders.

12. Concise understanding of all operationalaspects of the business.

13. Development and control of BusinessContinuity Plan.

14. Maintaining a positive working environmentand good morale within the unit.

15. Promote and drive Continuous Improvements.

16. Coordinate and support staff development.

17. Management and adherence to the contractualrequirements in all customer and supplier contracts.

18. Management of customer engagement, focusingon both commercial and operational aspects.

19. Define and drive project plans as perbusiness needs.

Knowledge and Skills

Ø Minimum 5 years’ experience in catering (desirable)

Ø Highly driven with a proven track record ofimprovements in operational effectiveness.

Ø Lean process improvement understanding andapplication.

Ø Proactive nature, forward looking and planningindividual.

Ø Ability to delegate, recognise and reward staff.

Ø Goodliteracy skills, verbal written and spoken.

.

Ø Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with multipledepartments and customers.

Ø Demonstration ofstrong but calm approach to management of staff in all areas.

Ø Act in a Democratic Management style, taking on board others ideas andworking to the end goal / target.

Ø Hold a full UK Driving licence.
