Job Description:


As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our non-profit partnerships, ensuring that every customer who walks through our doors has a positive and informative experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, promoting our mission, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in helping us raise funds and awareness for the causes we support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about our products and the non-profit causes we support.
  • Assist customers with their purchases, offering recommendations and answering any questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to raise awareness for our partnered non-profit organizations.

Requirements:

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK – Please note that we cannot consider applicants with PSW or Tier 4 visas and do not offer sponsorships. Kindly refrain from applying if you do not meet this requirement.
  • Must not have applied for a position with us in the past 30 days.
  • 1 year of sales experience or experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for supporting non-profit causes.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
