Central Lancashire Breast Unit are looking to recruit a part time Matron to join our breast team at Chorley and South Ribble District Hospital. This is a hour flexible role within our designated out-patient breast service covering Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work alongside and complement the existing Matron who will undertake the clinical element of this portfolio as part of the job share. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the outpatients clinics providing leadership to the nursing teams within the remit of the Matron role. You will also work alongside the business Managers as part of the Triumvirate to ensure the breast service runs efficiently. We are particularly interested in hearing from positive, motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic applicants who enjoy participating in a range of quality improvement activities with staff and patients. Qualifications & Education

Essential
