Senior Sales DirectorEMEA

INRIX is seeking a world class GM Sales,EMEA executiveresponsible for sales and Go To Market strategy for our public sector, enterprise and automotive sectors. Our ideal candidate is a roll-up-your-sleeves sales leader and savvy general manager who is experienced in developing and driving Go to Market plans targeting key verticals.

This brand-new position isresponsible for developing and driving significant growth for our SaaSand DaaSbased location and mobility data solutions via direct and channel partnerships. This is a hands-on senior role within the company and should demonstrate a proactive, business partnership style and the leadership capacity to assume increasing responsibility as the company grows. Therole will report to the CRO, based in Seattle, Washington.


In this role you will:

Drive overall business strategy across Europe, UK and the MidEast. Directly lead overall sales in the regionincluding current accounts and sales pipeline development for new global, national and regional agencies and enterprises Plan and manage sales forecasts and communicate progress against targets regularly with executive leadership and sales team Develop and manage Go To Market plan and work closely with Marketing to implement marketing programs for expanding the company’s customer base Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to cultivate and manage partner, distribution, and channel relationships Build and mentor sales account management. Drive achievement of fundamental sales metrics and quotas across the sales account team Collaborate extensively with the marketing team to develop and execute Go to Market plans

About you:

15+ years sales leadership experience Background in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Mobility, Location Intelligence, and/or Transportation & Logistics required Experiencein selling DaaS/SaaS offeringsto public sector and enterprise sectors. Significant experience in managing relationships with customers and the ability to navigate large organisations to reach and influence key decision makers Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organisation while supporting large existing customers Excellent ability to organize, synthesize, and share strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders on product and sales teams Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion; proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets Ability to work across various cultures; fluent in multiple languages Willingness to travel overnight up to 40% Work location in region by major airport; flexible on city–located in Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germay, Sweden or Switzerland
