Sales Account Manager – Entry-Level Opportunity

Location: Bury/Prestwich, UK
Salary: £32,000 per annum

About the Role:

Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales and account management? We’re looking for a proactive and communicative Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Bury/Prestwich. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the sales industry. Full training will be provided – no prior experience required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively use LinkedIn and company data to identify and source new business leads.
  • Client Demos: Confidently conduct product demos via Microsoft Teams, showcasing the benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Account Management: Manage relationships from onboarding through to project go-live, including handling messages, emails, and calls to maintain your pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new and existing partners to foster long-term success.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying informed on competitor offerings.
  • Partner Training: Deliver comprehensive product training to partners through virtual sessions before their launch.
  • Portal Development: Collaborate with our design team to create custom partner portals and resources.
  • Feedback Management: Arrange feedback sessions with partners and share actionable insights with internal teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports on partner status directly to the CCO.
  • Process Improvement: Offer input and feedback on enhancing our processes and product offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in virtual settings.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage your workload efficiently.
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other communication tools is a plus, but not essential.
