Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team at MCLEO SMART SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of commissions and other variable compensation calculations, posting of journal entries, and accrual adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare commissions and other variable compensation calculations
  • Post journal entries and accrual adjustments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Sales & Professional Service Team workforce
  • Create company schedules, templates, and reports as needed
  • Liaise with Payroll to determine new earning codes
  • Help establish more efficient processes for the calculation and dissemination of monthly and quarterly incentives
  • Maintain basic balance sheet reconciliations for accrued incentives

Requirements:

  • MBA graduate with at least seven to ten years of Accounting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
