The role of Information Security Analyst is really important to us. Working as part of the Compliance Team, you will be responsible forassisting with the maintenance and continual improvement of the Groups Information Security Management System (ISMS) and data privacy posture, ensuring Radius is compliant with all relevant Regulatory and legislative requirements. 

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

Assist the Compliance Team with the development of and compliance with information security policies, standards and procedures. Provide a key role in the updating and continual improvement of the Groups ISMS and ISO 27001 CertificationAssist with the delivery of the business’s security awareness programme. Support the handling and reporting of security related incidents. Conduct ad hoc risk assessments of physical security and report findings in a clear and coherent manner. Assist with the closure of internal and external audit actions. Assist with ISO 27001 and Data Privacy focussed project work. Assist with policy development and integration in line with applicable legislation and regulations. Conduct supplier risk assessment to ensure suppliers meet Radius’ requirements. Work with all levels of the business to establish solutions for improving the protection of the business. Analyse privacy and security risks and recommend treatment plans. Proactively help to mitigate risks in an efficient manner and resolve issues that occur. Demonstrate good knowledge of Information Security policies, procedures and guidelines.

Working knowledgeof core Information Securityand Data Privacy practices Good demonstrable written and verbal skills with experience of working with a variety of stakeholders. Evidence of working with privacy legislation Analytical and logical thinker, with an inquisitive mindset to improve business procedures. Keeps up to date with advancements in information security techniques. Proven ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Thirst to improve working knowledge and skills within a diverse and varied environment.

Additional Skills

Experience of implementation or working knowledge of the ISO 27001 FrameworkAwareness of Data Privacy and Protection legislation and the impact to the businessExperience with working with EU relevant legislationEvidence of working within a commercial environment
