We have exciting new opportunities for Service Transition Specialists to support and manage the seamless transition of project deliveries into Virgin Media O2 Service Management and Operational teams

As part of the Service Transition Team within the CTO division, you'll be collaborating with project teams and service transition partners, building and maintaining robust relationships, to successfully assure the design and readiness of the agreed projects, identifying and implementing continual service improvement activities. You will have responsibility for ensuring that impact assessments are completed, acceptance criteria are identified, and all such requirements are delivered to relevant stakeholders in line with the service transition framework and process.

The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience: Knowledge and understanding of ITIL service design and transition functions ITIL certification (minimum to foundation level) in the relevant ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle or Service Capability modules Demonstrable understanding of technology operations and business processes Strong issue management and resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to relate effectively to users at all levels and careful attention to detail The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring: Previous service management or transition experience Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships Knowledge and experience of project methodologies i.e., Agile, Prince 2 High degree of flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively and make decisions in pressurised situations
