Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and efficiently for clients in accordance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings.
Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and other statutory payments.
Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from clients, employees, and regulatory agencies.
Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve payroll-related issues.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times.
Required
Previous experience in payroll processing within practice is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
