As an Assistant Team Manager, you will support the Team Manager in leading a team of social care professionals to provide high-quality services and safeguarding to children and families who use their services.

Qualifications
  • A recognized social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
  • Proven experience in children's social care, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities
