About the role

This role will identify the barriers faced and provide constructive feedback and facilitate development workshops to overcome and improve the working environment for all.

This role will involve the delivery of 121, group and on the spot coaching. You will work with people managers 121 and observe in real time, interactions with their team. We are looking for a commercially focused leadership coach who has extensive experience delivering leadership coaching. There will also be the opportunity to support line managers in developing their coaching skills as part of their day to day role.

You will be working 4 days per week initially for the first month, moving to 1 or 2 days p/week for the next month. We foresee this contract running for approximately 3 months/ 40 days in total, with the potential to extend. 

Day rate: Up to £400 per day.

About you

As a minimum, you should be working towards a coaching qualification as the qualification is desirable. Coach training with a minimum of 250 coaching hours The skills to deliver 121, group coaching and on the spot coaching Experience in coaching business leaders through culture change Powerful communication skills Extensive experience working as an internal coach within a large organisation  You must be flexible in your working hours and be able to travel between our Manchester, Midlands, and South Yorkshire Depots.
