Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the growth of our software solutions at Tes Global. As a key member of our team, you will lead our inside sales team to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets across the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales professionals to achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, utilizing data-driven analysis and value-based selling to maximize revenue.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, while managing performance to ensure team success.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, maintain CRM accuracy, and align closely with marketing for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales management within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment, with a strong history of driving new business.
- Proven ability to develop and refine productivity metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal sales results.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and leading product demonstrations.
