Job Title: Head of Security Sales

As a key member of the ClickJobs team, you will play a vital role in driving sales strategies to increase market share for device and system sales. Your focus will be on executing plans with System Integrators, Installers, resellers, and select partners to generate sales both within and through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team: Foster a culture of continuous learning, utilising digital tools and data-driven decision-making to drive sales growth.
  2. Implement Sales Strategies: Execute plans to achieve annual profit targets, accelerate the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting to support demand management and production planning.
  3. Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers to optimise team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Advocate for Fire and Intrusion Solutions: Drive cross-team collaboration to capitalise on shared opportunities and build organisational capability.
  5. Set Clear Objectives: Establish clear KPIs and objectives for sales individuals and the team, regularly monitoring and presenting progress to senior business leaders.
  6. Capture and Analyse Data: Effectively capture account, opportunity, and activity data within CRM systems to support data-driven decision-making, coaching, and team development.
  7. Embrace Digital Sales Enablement: Cultivate a digital-first mindset across the team by embracing and promoting the use of digital sales enablement tools.
  8. Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with other sales teams and marketing to achieve a unified approach.
Requirements:
  1. A degree or higher education is preferred.
  2. Proven success in sales management with at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Skills:
  1. Experience in B2B channel sales with a clear understanding of sales processes.
  2. Proficiency with data and familiarity with CRM systems like Power BI, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
  3. Knowledge of the fire and security industry is beneficial but not essential.
  4. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence both direct reports and the wider organisation.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to deliver value.
  6. A team player with a consultative, detail-oriented, and driven mindset, alongside a positive, resilient, and energetic attitude.
  7. Ability to set KPIs, manage performance, and present key metrics using data analysis.
