Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. As Head of Sales, you will lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals, collaborating with marketing and product development teams.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance and achieving targets.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record as a sales leader in the FMCG sector, with experience in driving growth and achieving targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends.
  • Passion for the FMCG industry and staying abreast of market trends and innovations.
  • Ability to commute to Yorkshire head office 2-3 days per week.
