About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Elliot Marsh Head Hunting Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategy, driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and plans
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize the sales and marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
