Sales and Marketing Director:

This is a key role supporting the Managing Director in the day-to-day running of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities, providing input into the company's budget, and contributing to the wider business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the business, focusing on both core and additional revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement new initiatives and maintain a high-performance team culture.
  • Act as the face of the business with clients and at leading industry events.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge in strategic planning and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience of managing a team and playing an active role in a Senior Leadership Team.
  • Strong experience operating within an IT/Technology environment.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and winning new business.
