As a Customer Sales Representative at Imperial Consulting, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives. Your primary role will be to engage with potential customers face-to-face, providing comprehensive sales presentations and solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing our partner utility companies' products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Must have full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas at this time).
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a face-to-face environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to commute to our office in Shoreditch, London (this is an on-site role; no remote work available).
- Must not have applied to Imperial Consulting within the past 30 days.
