Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London. As a Recruitment Professional, you will play a crucial role in the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to managing and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews, and managing the offer process.
- Identify and attract outstanding candidates through various techniques, such as headhunting, referrals, and networking.
- Build long-lasting, deep client relationships with a variety of companies, learning skills such as negotiation and objection handling.
- Coach and develop sales skills, including SPIN, MEDICC, and other techniques.
- Meet clients, understand their business needs, and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Research and create a personal brand portfolio.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions.
Requirements
- A University Degree in any subject is preferred but not essential.
- A desire to work in a world-class sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to handle rejection.
- No previous recruitment experience is required, but a desire to learn and succeed is essential.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
