As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in every aspect of the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to managing & developing client relationships.

Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process.
Identify and attract outstanding candidates through a variety of techniques, such as headhunting, referrals and networking
Building long-lasting, deep client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills (with full training) such as negotiation and objection handling
Coaching & Development to enhanced sales skills such as SPIN, MEDICC and others
Meet clients, understand their business needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
Research and fully immerse yourself into creating your own brand portfolio.
Available to start work immediately / in the near future
No previous recruitment experience is required, but a desire to learn and succeed is essential
Happy to work 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
