Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant x 6: Launch Your Career in Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in every aspect of the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to managing and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process.
- Identify and attract outstanding candidates through a variety of techniques, such as headhunting, referrals and networking.
- Build long-lasting, deep client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills such as negotiation and objection handling.
- Coach and develop enhanced sales skills, including SPIN and MEDICC.
- Meet clients, understand their business needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Research and create your own brand portfolio.
- Attend events at iconic buildings and landmarks.
- A University Degree in any subject is preferred but not essential.
- A desire to work in a world-class sales environment.
- Available to start work immediately or in the near future.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to handle rejection.
- No previous recruitment experience is required, but a desire to learn and succeed is essential.
- Happy to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
