Senior Post Producer

Reporting to the Production Director, as a Senior Post Producer specialised in localization you will oversee the post-production process of localising content for international markets. We are looking for a unique blend of project management skills who understands global post-production workflows. You can work with a global team to produce high-volume video outputs across a diverse range of media and channels from short-form social content to broadcast assets.
Partnering with producers and editors, you'll help develop solutions to complete large quantities of video adaptations from a master file, including size, format, and language adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the localization post-production process for a variety of content, including long and short-form content, broadcast spots, digital and social media all in multiple formats.
- Work internally with client management, integrated producers, editors and other post-production staff to ensure seamless integration of localised elements into original content.
- Coordinate where needed with external vendors, suppliers and cross capabilities to deliver high-quality video assets
- Oversee the quality control (QC) process for all localised content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.
- Develop and implement localization strategies and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market for localised content. An understanding of automated workflows and where to implement them.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in localization and post-production to enhance our localization capabilities.
- Manage teams and timelines for localization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in post-production, with at least 2 years focused on localization.
- Proficiency in additional languages beside English.
- Experience onboarding and briefing team members of different skills and backgrounds across the company globally.
- Experience managing localization projects for high-profile brands and campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills and collaborate with diverse teams simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of delivery specs across multiple media, ensuring content is optimised for distribution on multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of post-production processes including editing, dubbing, subtitling, and QC.
- Experience with VO talent booking and managing recording sessions across regions outside of the US.
- Experience across audio mix processes.
- Understand the demands that come with working with Global brands.
- Who can find an answer or workaround to issues if a lead is unavailable and communicate those solutions when available.
- An inspired, creative mindset focused on innovation and excellence in video content production.
Technical Skillset:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Additional common programs include Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Excellent knowledge of high-volume post-production workflows
Excellentknowledge of global broadcast clearances and TV distribution
