Job Summary

We are seeking a positive, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Producer with 5+ years of experience in film post production to join our growing film team. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of film projects, with the ability to form and build great client and internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production and delivery of film projects
  • Forming and building client and internal relationships
  • Handling multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment
  • Liaising with clients and partners in a personable and warm manner
  • Understanding client needs and sharing effective solutions
  • Producing projects effectively and meeting business targets
  • Leading by example and improving production processes
  • Devising cost and time-efficient post-production workflows
  • Interpreting creative briefs and quantifying, pitching, quoting, and negotiating
  • Maintaining regular communication and engagement with creative teams
  • Monitoring project success and flagging problems to the Head of Client Services and Head of Production
  • Identifying and fostering new and existing Studio RM film talent

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in film post production
  • Excellent record of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong numeracy skills and financial awareness
  • Sound working knowledge of post-production workflows and software
  • Ability to form and build great client and internal relationships
