Portfolio Support Officer

Chiswick – London (Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office per week)

As the Portfolio Support Officer role is to support the efficient and high-quality delivery of large-scale, complex programmes/projects, primarily through the management and development of PMO tools and processes. You will work closely with the PMO and Project teams across the business, to facilitate, advise, encourage and guide best practice with the use of Enterprise applications and project reporting methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Run regular reviews with the PPM users to ensure that the project and programme sites and reporting decks are fit for purpose. Provide analysis on the quality and frequency of reporting in associated tools and applications. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the EPMO. Raise PO’s. Set up programme and project meetings. Report and analyse data sets in various applications. Monitor and control costs and resource utilization. Assist with QA health check reports for programmes/projects. Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across projects (including end-to-end resource on-boarding, planning and allocation)

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of attention to detail and organization. Experience reporting and analyzing reports. Great ability to drive project reporting standards across programmes. A good understanding of business drivers for change and the impacts resulting from change.
