As a Transport Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of vehicles by effectively managing the workload and supervising the transport department. Key responsibilities include:

​

Managing the courtesy car fleet and de-fleeting procedures Coordinating with recovery companies and loan car suppliers Ensuring adherence to Customer Service level agreements Managing and resolving customer complaints and other related issues Conducting audits on department functions and monitoring compliance with cash collection rules

About You

You will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Proven experience as a Transport Manager, supervising teams and managing workload ideally in an accident repair centre or similar transport logistic facility Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively contribute to team morale Excellent organizational and time management abilities Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve objectives Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
