About the Role

Responsible for the strategic leadership, direction and development of the event portfolio, aligned to the RX Vision and strategy. The role will help in developing and sustaining a high performance culture. Responsible for new commercial opportunities and driving growth across the event portfolio guiding a strategic approach to market and business development.

Responsibilities

Driving customer service excellence.

Taking the lead role in developing and proactively managing partnerships and key stakeholder relationships.

Setting priorities within the portfolio for growth and development

Delivering the strategic numbers and annual budgets.

Assisting in embedding a commercial, customer service focused approach to all business processes and activities.

Requirements

Have relevant demonstrable experience in a senior leadership role within the events industry or a related field.

Have a proven track record in strategic planning, portfolio management, and business development.

Experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change.

Experience in developing and managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
