About the Role


 

As the Head of Sales for the Hosted Travel Portfolio (ILTM, IGTM & IBTM), you will lead the sales teams and manage key accounts to achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities include driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we delight our customers. You will report to the RX UK Sales Director.
 

Responsibilities

Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team and contributing to the strategic success of the portfolio.

Managing Key Accounts and devising strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio.

Achieving revenue targets for events and wider product offerings, with a real focus on digital and sponsorship.

Setting and managing delivery against targets for the sales teams.

Creating and implementing sales plans for the portfolio. Identifying development areas and new business opportunities for the portfolio.

Working closely with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, finance, pricing, and brand leadership) to ensure successful delivery.

Supporting and promoting sales performance excellence across the portfolio through coaching, training, and sales system usage

Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reports for the portfolio.


Requirements

Be an enthusiastic and driven sales professional with extensive sales experience as an established sales leader. Experience in the luxury and/or travel industry is advantageous.

Be able to understand wider strategic business objectives and have successful experience working with major global accounts and strategic account management.

Possess a deep understanding and proficiency in value-based selling techniques and have knowledge and usage of sales systems.

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to a wide audience.

Use your own judgment and initiative to successfully exceed business objectives.

Be empathetic and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context.

Be comfortable entertaining and networking with large groups of senior decision-makers.

Be able to travel as needed to attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
