Shift Manager 

Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, United Kingdom 

Type: Full-Time Permanent

Working Pattern : Onsite - 6am-6pm 4 days on 4 days off

The Role Scope

You be responsible for the effective management of a shift in our INBOUND warehouse with duties including but not limited to:

✨ Running daily team meetings and conducting regular 1 to 1 meetings with Supervisors

✨ Working with agency partners to flex labour requirements to meet demand

✨ Dealing with any staffing issues across the shift

✨ Evaluating operatives to enhance their KPI performance, development and work productivity

✨ Addressing performance issues and making recommendations 

✨ Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are clear, monitored and strictly followed

About You

About you 

✨Great proven experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain sectors

✨To be a strong team player and natural at motivating others

✨Proven previous experience as a manager, involving sizable teams

✨The ability to train, coach, and mentor others

✨Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

✨The ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks

✨To be a quick thinker with a problem solving attitude who makes effective decisions in a fast paced environment.
