Type: Secondement to Maternity Cover, full time 

Working Pattern : Onsite, 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three 1:45pm-10:15pm

The Role Scope

✨Leading a team of Returns operatives

✨Monitoring of department KPI results and providing feedback to staff

✨Start of shift communication briefings, organising daily tasks and targets for the team

✨Assisting with absence management including participation in return to work meetings

✨Prepare and effectively complete appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs

✨Responsible for health and safety of the team and area

✨£14.64 ph weekdays, £18.30 ph weekends

✨Have strong communication skills and work in a professional manner

✨Demonstrate excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

✨Have a strong work ethic and eagerness to lead by example.
