About the Role

We are seeking a talented Shift Manager to join our growing team at MandM Direct.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a shift in our INBOUND warehouse. Your duties will include running daily team meetings, conducting regular 1 to 1 meetings with Supervisors, working with agency partners to flex labour requirements to meet demand, dealing with any staffing issues across the shift, evaluating operatives to enhance their KPI performance, development and work productivity, addressing performance issues and making recommendations, and ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental standards are clear, monitored and strictly followed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have great proven experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain sectors, be a strong team player and natural at motivating others, have proven previous experience as a manager, involving sizable teams, the ability to train, coach, and mentor others, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks, and be a quick thinker with a problem solving attitude who makes effective decisions in a fast paced environment.
