We are now looking for a Reservations & Events
Manager ready to join a young and vibrant team and available to start
immediately.



The ideal candidate must demonstrate genuine dedication
and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.




Main duties/responsibilities:

As Reservations & Events Manager your main responsibilities will be to:



-       
Oversee accuracy of room blocks,
reservations, and group market codes.

-        
As Events Manager you will be
responsible for the entire event process from initial enquiry through to
completion.

-        
Working closely with the sales team
to ensure a smooth transition from booking confirmation to delivery of
impeccable events.

-        
Providing excellent customer
service and support to all attending events, conferences and meetings within
the Hotel.

-       
Communicate company values and/or culture to new employees.

-       
Review and implement
new Reservations procedures.

-        
Process all reservation requests,
changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Identify guest
reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.

-       
Verify availability of room type and rate.

-        
Explain guarantee, special rate,
and cancellation policies to callers and accommodate and document special
requests.

-        
Overview of Front of House
Reception operations day to day movements, including room allocations,
reception trainings, monitor movements of the day, rotas for the month and
uploading rotas for the department on the hotel systems

-        
Answer questions about property
facilities/services and room accommodations. Follow sales techniques to
maximize revenue.

-        
Input and access data in
reservation system. Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming
requests.

-        
Set-up proper billing accounts
according to accounting policies. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest
issues and concerns or escalate/refer to appropriate individual.

-       
Engage and motivate
the front office teams



-        
You will have previous Front Office
/ Reservation experience and you must possess the right attitude and flair to
work in this very special hotel.
