Job summary

Job Summary:

To ensure the provision of full administration support to the Governance & Quality Team

To be responsible for the updating of the W&C microsite for both Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Neonates ensuring all information is available and up to date including patient information leaflets

To provide clerical support to clinicians ensuring all guidelines, standard operating procedures are in the correct formats before uploading to the appropriate microsites

To compile agendas for meetings, and to take minutes for meetings

Triage of telephone enquiries

To maintain databases to track all guidelines, standard operating procedures and policies are up to date and available to all who require

To assist with arranging meetings

To undertake any other duties deemed appropriate by the management team

Main duties of the job

The postholder will be responsible for the following tasks:-
