We are recruitingfor a Collections Account Manager for a fantastic financialservices organisation. We are looking for an individual ideallywith a background in Collections Credit Control or similar to jointheir expanding team.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Deal with telephone andemail queries from customers who are experiencing financialdifficulties, finding suitable payment solutions for any missedpayments
- Collect card payments, or set up paymentplans
- Display compassion and understanding towardscustomers in vulnerable circumstances, ensuring that all vulnerableor potentially vulnerable customers are managedappropriately
- Accurately record conversations andadministrative actions within the relevant systems
-Identify Expressions of Dissatisfaction and potential complaints,recording these accurately and passed to the relevantteam
- Review processes which could be automated orenhanced to improve the customer and business
experience,sharing this with your team leader
- Identify and raiseany risks with your team leader

- Demonstrates a sense of urgencyand strong work ethic

The Ideal Candidate:
-Previously worked within a complaints or collectionsrole.
- Experience working with customers in high-volume
- The successful candidate will hold a full UK drivinglicence with access to a vehicle

AdditionalRequirements:
- Office hours are between 8am - 7pm,shift-based rota (8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm)
-Hybrid working available after training completed (3 days in theoffice as a minimum)
