Mall or picking up our Yumburger at one of our original restaurants in Metro

entire team. We put in the care and attention to ensuring each of our guests
have a great experience and delicious food, but it all starts with having the
right people in the right place with the right attitude.

Job Description:
As a member of our team, you become
part of our community. You need to be a team player, great at communicating and
bringing positivity to your role.
You will need to bring your A-Game
to every session, our teams cross train- we’ll need you to bring your expertise
and enthusiasm to your role- whether that’s ensuring that our fried chicken is
the best it can be, looking after guests or getting our orders expertly
packaged up. You need to have great attention to detail and have a readiness to
get stuck in.
You will be responsible for leading
and managing the daily operations of your restaurant. Your primary objective will
be to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant whilst delivering
exceptional customer service, maintaining high food safety standards and
driving profitability. You will lead a team of dedicated employees, fostering a
positive work environment that promotes growth, accountability and commitment
to excellence
You will be responsible for the
below key points, including but not limited to;
- Operations
management; overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring
compliance with Jollibee operational standards and health and safety
regulations. Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies and optimising cost
control.
- Team
leadership; recruiting, training and developing a motivated team of staff
members. Conducting regular performance evaluation, providing feedback,
coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Compliance
and reporting; ensuring compliance with all legal requirements including food
safety employment laws and health and safety regulations, whilst also meeting
the high Jollibee standards in all operations. Preparing and submitting
accurate reports on sales, performance, labour and inventory.
You will need:
· 2
years' experience in a General Manager/Restaurant Manager role
· Basic
understanding of food safety and health and safety – full training will be
provided
· The
right to live and work in the UK
· An
energetic & can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guest’s
expectations
· Great
leadership skills and the ability to coach others
