About Our Care Home: Located in the picturesque village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, our brand-new, purpose-built facility offers exemplary Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 73 residents. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Business Administrator Contract:

  • Competitive Salary: £33,600 per annum
  • Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

  • First Impressions: Serve as the welcoming face for prospective residents and team members, creating a positive first impression and answering initial queries.
  • Community Ambassador: Represent our care home with pride, conducting tours for visitors and fostering strong relationships with the local community.
  • Database Management: Oversee and maintain our enquiry database, ensuring accurate and accessible information.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage all administrative systems, including residents' agreements, team member contracts, E-Learning modules, and payroll, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Administrative Expertise: Proven administrative skills with experience in managing databases and office systems.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, team members, and community members.
  • Leadership: Ability to line manage the Receptionist and contribute positively to the internal management structure with a collaborative approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently.
