Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our People Services team, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Support Recruitment and Resourcing: Assist with recruitment and resourcing processes, including shortlisting and preparing candidate information for clients.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Input Data and Maintain Records: Accurately and efficiently input data onto our systems, ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support Business Operations: Assist with various business operations tasks, including research, data collection, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience of working in a demanding administrative role, ideally in an HR or L&D environment.
  • Skills: Good standard of education, computer literacy, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a flexible approach to working.
Desirable
  • Experience of Recruitment and Resourcing: Experience of recruitment and resourcing processes, including shortlisting and knowledge of best practice and employment law.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel to different locations across the force and undertake assignments in a timely manner, with a full UK driving license considered advantageous.
