Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our People Services team, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment and employee administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our clients, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Assist with recruitment and employee administration processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desirable:
- Experience with recruitment software and systems.
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment and employee administration.
