Psychology Graduate 

Location: Lincoln

Salary Scale:  £ to £ per day

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role: Currently, GSL Education is looking to fill a job at one of our client schools in Lincoln with a competent and motivated Psychologist who wants to work in school. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the well-being and academic progress of our students.

Key Requirements: 

  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students facing academic challenges or emotional difficulties.
  • Assisting our teaching staff in developing and implementing strategies to promote positive behavior and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Conducting assessments and observations to identify individual student needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
  • Collaborating with parents, teachers, and external professionals to create comprehensive support plans for students with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will: 

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Passion for working with children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
