Exciting Opportunity: Customer Engagement Operations Manager (Digital Services) for a leading Global Retailer

DNA is partnering exclusively with a leading global retailer to recruit a Customer Engagement Operations Manager to lead and develop a customer engagement programme.

Are you an experienced professional with a background in managing business operations for retail loyalty programme? If so, we want to hear from you

Experience required:
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience of managing business operations for a retail loyalty programme
  • Experience of change management programmes and stakeholder engagement
  • Retail knowledge and experience
  • Continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder management, leadership skills, presentation skills, workshop design and facilitation, and storytelling
  • Proficiency in productivity applications like Microsoft Office suite, JIRA, Confluence and Miro
 
Desirable:
  • Marketing campaign design and management
  • Customer research and segmentation
  • Formal continuous improvement qualifications (i.e. Lean six sigma)
  • Experience of working in a global function of a multi national organisation
