WHAT TO EXPECT

The Information and Digital Technology (IDT) Business Office plays a vital role overseeing and managing the financial, risk and compliance responsibilities of the IDT function. This role is part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance function whose purpose is to manage risk to acceptable levels, using a framework of controls across the global chapter.

You will be helping to deliver appropriate governance, risk and compliance including GDPR throughout IDT and providing support for other functions including SOX, Governance, Compliance, Data and Operations.

Working with the IDT Risk and Compliance Manager, you will support all risk and compliance management activities within the Governance, Risk and Compliance pillar of the Business Office team across all chapter domains.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Supporting the development of the IDT Risk Management Strategy, as well as the evolution of the overall IDT compliance strategy  Supporting the definition, implementation and maintenance of the risk management frameworks Creating and communicating artefacts regarding strategic development and risk management, , documented processes, strategies, milestones, risk actions and KPIs Capturing, developing and presenting IDT metrics for management information showing tangible risk reduction progress Developing chapter-wide best practices and processes 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Have an excellent understanding of risk processes, functions and practices, particularly in the governance, risk and compliance space Possess a good understanding of process documentation development and creation, with the ability to recognise and develop controls through process analysis Be able to present a professional, approachable image of IDT enterprise risk to all stakeholders through verbal and written interactions Possess a good understanding of relevant industry standards and frameworks, , GDPR, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001 Have proven process analyst skills - able to define, document & assess business processes, identifying areas for potential improvement
