Role Overview: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students to provide guidance, support, and motivation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them develop positive behaviour and social skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Build strong relationships with students to help them achieve their educational goals.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a passion for working with young people.
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide at least two graded references.
  • An enhanced child DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Opportunities available to complete a discounted Level 2 Teaching Assistant course.
